The West End branch of Preschool of America has been provided for by Red Rabbit Catering for the past two to three years. During this time, they have served the majority of the children at this school with a breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack every day. Most of the parents who have children attending do choose the Red Rabbit catering because it is convenient, delicious and affordable. The children have fine meals ranging from good, old macaroni and cheese to Asian Tilapia. All food is health-conscious and vegetarian/kosher options are always offered and readily available.

Being a Preschool Director, I give tours on a weekly basis. When explaining our meal program, I show perspective parents a sample of that week's Red Rabbit menu. Upon seeing it, they ask if they can come back for lunch! The variety of tastes and flavors is diverse enough to please the true Manhattanites, yet simple enough for our two year olds!

Red Rabbit has also treated us remarkably well. They brought the food hot from the stove when our own stove was temporarily not working. On a day when Red Rabbit was running late, they bought pizza for the whole school as a means of apology. This, to me, demonstrated how much they care about the children's well being and comfort.In addition, Red Rabbit has always responded to criticism well. They increased the food portions when we asked, and have not served unpopular foods that the children have a tendency to dislike. They also served a dinner buffet for parents during the Parent Association meeting. I am so glad that our school is lucky enough to have Red Rabbit. I recommend them to any school or business interested in eating a variation of scrumptious yet healthy foods.
